Phoenix swingingI gave birth to another wonderful boy named Phoenix.  He came 3 weeks early, and he was still huge, weighing in at 8lbs. 14 oz.

He was a strong baby, who at 9 months could push his booster seat table off, and push his chair back and forth so strongly to the point of pushing it over. He even knocked over my parents’ Christmas tree a couple years ago.

He could do all those things which required good motor skills early on.  Though he wasn’t much of a talker, unlike his brother.  Now he talks quite a bit, and is beginning to read short words.  We’re excited to see his development.

Now he’s grown to be a strong-willed 5-year-old, who likes to be in control as much as possible.

He’s also pretty loving, gives great hugs, is becoming a great artist, and really loves his brother and dad!

I pray we can continue to harness his strong will to be a great man of God.
